" A Symetric Skirt "

Monday, July 28, 2014

Hello Curvies! How's everyone doing? Remember the gorgeous  " Cobalt blue cheetah panel dress " that I featured on my previous blog post? The ultra flattering cheetah panel dress from Size Fabulous Boutique. Today's blog post is inspired by that gorgeous dress, and today's featured skirt, happens to be from the same online shop - Size Fabulous boutique. I styled two outfit looks, first outfit is inspired by my previous " cobalt and cheetah " blog post.I used a leopard print top instead, and I paired it with today's featured bottom " A symetric skirt " that Size Fabulous Boutique sent me. A simple casual classy look, that is the perfect outfit for a fancy dinner party. The second look is a bit more dressy, a chic office kind of look. A detailed patterned lace top, that gave the edgy skirt a soft feminine look. Hope you like it!

Hey Curvies! Today's blog post is NOT about body con dresses nor circle skirts. It's all about JUMPSUITS!! KC Boutiqu3 sent me this very bold and stylish cobalt blue jumpsuit. I'll be showing you how I styled it and see how I achieved this "Summer Fierce" look.

The jumpsuit is in a solid cobalt blue color, that's why I decided to just balance the color and I accessorized it with a striking neon yellow accessories & red wedges and to easily achieve the "summer fierce" look I wore an avaitor sunnies.

I really really love the unique drape design on the waist area, it's not a pocket but you can put your hands inside it. It's a bat wing like design, that made it look  even more stylish and flattering. This jumpsuit is made of a really soft airy material. It's so comfortable that you can move freely, jump and even go running.LOL. This is one of those easy go to piece of clothing.

This jumpsuit is only $22.50 and are available in sizes S-3XL . I am wearing a 1x size and I'm only 5' flat  so it's a bit long on me,but no worries there's always a wedges/heels to the rescue. LOL

KC boutiqu3 is an online fashion boutique that offers a TON of affordable, gorgeous, in style apparel in regular sizes and plus sizes.

    Golden Glam

    Tuesday, July 22, 2014

Hello Curvies! Today's blog post is going to be really sparkly, glittery and all about golden glam. Today's stunning dress is sponsored by a London based online fashion boutique Pin Point Clothing. I'll be sharing some tips on how to style a fully sequined dress.

Pin Point Clothing " Beige Dress " is a fully detailed sequined nude dress. With a nude stitching and gold sequins. Perfect dress for clubbing, special occasion parties, events and prom. Styling a fully detailed dress is really simple & easy yet, a bit tricky. The dress is stand out  detailed stunning dress, but of course necessary  accessories are needed. I decided to stay on the golden nude color as my base color. I used a glittery gold clutch, gold watch and nude peep toe pumps. All of which are just the key necessary accessories. I personally wouldn't recommend any more necklace or bracelets for this kind of dress. That will just over power the details of the dress. As for my make up look, I used a peachy nude lipstick and neutral colored shadows, to stay and compliment the golden nude color.

Here's a close up detailed shot, showing the stunning pattern of the sequined dress. This is  UK 18-20 dress and I usually wear a US 14-16. It fitted perfectly on my body and is very comfortable to wear.

Pin Point Clothing is a London based online boutique. They offer different kinds of apparel and they specialize with formal looking dresses in regular sizes to extended sizes. They offer free shipping around UK and a flat rate 7.99 euro worldwide.

You can also place orders at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/pinpointclothing Ebay store.

    Cobalt and Cheetah

    Sunday, July 20, 2014

Hello Curvies! How's everyone doing? I've got another body con outfit post for you guys. This one's from Size Fabulous boutique " Cheetah Panel Dress" I chose this dress in particular, because of it's unique side panels and it's in my current favorite cobalt blue color. The color and print worked well together that it gave the dress a curvy shape. The dress is very bold that I didn't have to style it much, I just added a simple gold watch and chunky chain. I paired it with a pair of red stilettos, red goes well with cobalt blue and as always with animal prints. The dress is made really well the material is very soft and it's body hugging, that it flatters my body so much.

    Plus Ballerina

    Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Hey Curvies! Have you notice the tulle skirt trend that's been going around these days? I've  been seeing a lot of fashion bloggers styling it in their own ways and I've always wanted to style one myself. Tulle skirts can get really expensive and are very limited to plus siZes. So I thought of using a petticoat as  a tulle skirt. I know,  petticoat as a tulle skirt? Crazy right? LOL I tried it and it worked! I styled this black petticoat from All figures fashion with a basic mint colored top and a statement necklace. I styled it like, how a ballerina would wear it.

Who would have thought that a basic $5 top and a petticoat would look this fabulous.

Don't I look like a plus size ballerina?

    Saturday, July 12, 2014

Happy Weekend Curvies! Hope everyone's having a wonderful day. Today's blog post is yet another skater skirt outfit. Yes, skater skirt AGAIN. I'm positive  that I have an obsession with these kind of skirts.LOL I just love how easy and comfortable it is and it's so flattering on. This time it's a floral print skirt, not really sure if it's daisy or sunflower. My last entry for my Styles For Less series. The colors will sure surely put you on a good mood. WINK! Enjoy!

I styled it into two different ways. A simple white crop top and the other with a lace yellow top and a fedora hat for a more laid back look. Easy, comfortable casual outfit. My usual go to look.

Wet Seal + " Femme Fatale"

    Wednesday, July 9, 2014

Hey Curvies! how you guys been? Today's blog post is the 2nd outfit that I styled for Wet Seal +.
A day time girly glam look.

I really enjoyed styling these pieces. The "Femme Fatale" top and Bow skirt really goes well together. That it can be worn dressed up or dressed down. I wanted a dressy look so I went with a more dressed up style. I accessorized it with  a gold chain & pearl accessories and a metallic baby pink pumps. The key to styling these kind of pieces are the accessories and of course the shoes. Skater skirts are really trendy right now. I myself own different prints and colors of it. It is not only stylish, it is also very flattering. I specially like this particular Bow skater skirt. because of the accent bow in the front. That little something in the front gives it an extra special look.

Wet Seal Plus + stripe maxi dress

    Monday, July 7, 2014

Hey Curvies! how did your long weekend went? I myself had a blast and I hope you all had a great holiday. So I announced something really exciting in my last blog post. check it out here! . I shared all about my collaboration with WET SEAL + PLUS . As their new social media promoter.I will be sharing and styling all  the accessories and clothing that they sent me. Part of my previous blog post is also the close-up photos of the accessories. Today I will be showing some of the try ons of the accessories and also I will be styling it with the dress that is part of the goodies that they packaged me. Here it is! Hope you like it!

               " Dark Bohemian Look "

For this look I decided to do a boho Chic look. The flower headband and the slouchy hobo bag gave it that dark bohemian look.

Featuring Wet Seal + " Color blocked Stripe Tube Maxi Dress" They say stripes will make you look a lot more wider but this dress is exempted to that. This do have a stripe pattern but it also has a color blocked black side panels that gives it the illusion of a slimmer body. Totally loving that black side panels , it gives me that extra sexy feel.LOL

2nd look. Still featuring Wet Seal + " Color blocked Stripe tube maxi dress"  and Rhinestone Necklace. This is a transition look from a "Dark Bohemian" day look to night time "Summer chic look" A little bit of a dressy feel but still in a comfortable airy maxi dress.

Everything that I styled on this blog post is sponsored by Wet Seal + Plus. Available for purchase at your local Wet Seal store and or at their website http://www.wetseal.com/.
